HQ19 – Hackquarter
Making digital innovations more sustainable
We are partners of the fourth Debeka-Hackathon in Koblenz at the beginning of November.
The Debeka Hackquarter is going into the next round – and we are there as partners: From 8 to 10 November 2019, Debeka, supported by the Debeka Innovation Center (DICE), is holding its fourth Hackathon. The insurance company’s ideas and programming competition will take place for the first time in the newly designed rooms of DICE directly below the University of Koblenz.
Debeka, one of the largest insurance companies in Germany, is organising the hackathon to provide innovative impulses for its successful digitalisation on the one hand, and to get to know creative people from very different disciplines and contexts and to exchange experiences and ideas on the other.
This year’s challenge of the Hackathon is: How can insurance companies and building societies become more sustainable with digital solutions? After all, Debeka is also working hard to combine digitalisation and sustainability in such a way that it will be even more successful in both fields. That’s why the organizers are already very excited about the innovative ideas that will emerge at the Hackquarter.
No matter if developer, designer, business manager or with a completely different background: Everyone who wants to shape the future of the insurance industry for a weekend in colourful mixed teams and perhaps even win one of the prizes with a total value of 8,500 euros is cordially invited. The registration form is now online: www.debeka-hackquarter.de There you will also find all further information about the 4th Debeka Hackquarter from 8 to 10 November in Koblenz.
